2 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt














Directions:
Directions:
Stir ingredients until blended. In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp. butter. Pour batter into skillet and cook until edges are dry. Turn -(neat trick) cook until golden. Cut into pieces so all batter is cooked. Serve with hot syrup. Makes about 5 servings.

This is a German dish I serve for breakfast or casual dinner. I also add melted butter and powdered sugar to them as a special treat.
