Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder or 1-2 cloves of fresh chopped garlic
1/2 tsp onion powder or 1/2 medium onion chopped
1 8 oz can of tomato sauce (such as Delmonte or Hunts)
24 oz of water (three of the tomato cans full)
1 box frozen peas
1 egg
Small pasta (such as elbows or ditilini)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a soup pot saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add tomato sauce and water. Boil and then simmer for 30-40 minutes. Add peas and simmer for another 30 minutes.

In a different pot, cook pasta according to directions. Add 2 cups of cooking water to the pea mixture.

In a bowl, beat one egg. Add cheese, salt and pepper. Slowly add a small of the sauce above (with no peas) to the egg and mix so that egg does not scramble. Add egg mixture slowly to large sauce mixture with stirring the sauce.

Serve with pasta in a bowl. Do not combine with pasta until ready to eat. Store pasta and sauce separately.
