2 medium cucumbers
2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp dired dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and thinly slice cucumbers, place in a bowl and sprinkle with 2 tsp. salt. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Drain water from cucumbers. Add sour cream, vinegar and dill weed.
