Lemon & Dill Salmon Recipe

2-4 portions of salmon
1 lemon
1/2 cup fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400ºF
Remove salmon from refrigerator and take the chill off
Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray
Add salt, pepper and dill to both sides of the salmon
Squeeze a half a lemon on salmon filets
Slice other half of the lemon into thin slices and place on top of filets

Bake for 25 minutes for well done salmon (you can adjust time according to taste)

Optional- take off lemon slices, spray filets with cooking spray or add a dab of butter, and broil for 5 minutes for crispy edges!
