2 T. Butter
1 Pound Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Envelope Lipton Savory Herb and Garlic Soup mix
1 Cup Water
1 T. Lemon Juice
Hot Cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over medium-high heat and brown chicken on both sides. Mix together the soup mix, lemon juice and water pour over the chicken. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered about 10 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened and chicken is done.
Serve with rice.

Lauren- I made this several times and you liked it. I always doubled the soup mixture since we liked having the sauce over the rice.
If the chicken breasts are thick, consider pounding until thinner.
