"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Top Round or London Broil
Lots of Sliced Onions
Green Peppers ( cut into strips)
Soy Sauce
Beef Base Gravy or Mushroom Gravy (Heinz)
Pepper
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Slice beef into thin strips and saute in hot oil. When nice and brown, add peppers, onions and black pepper and saute for about 5 minutes. Add about 1/4 c. soy sauce and a can of gravy. Depending on how much meat you use, you may need 2 cans of gravy. Do not salt as the soy sauce will make it salty enough. Let simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My Mom sometimes liked to make this dish with leftover roast beef. She would slice it up nice and thin and let me tell you, it was delicious when she was done. She usually served this with fresh broccoli and always with Minute Rice. I like to add fresh mushrooms to this when I make it.
