Ingredients:  
1/4 C. flour
1 C. milk
dash of salt
1 C. sugar
1/2 C.shortening
1/2 C. butter, softened
1 tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 3 ingredients together in a saucepan until thick, stirring constantly. Cool.
Beat sugar, shortening and butter together at low speed until mixed, then beat at high speed until fluffy. DO NOT UNDER BEAT.
Beat in the cooked mixture, add extract and beat until nice and fluffy.
Enough frosting for a 9" x 13" cake.
