1 lb. cod fillet
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil fish. Drain water and flake with fork.
Melt butter on stove and add flour, salt and pepper to taste.
Add 1 1/2 cups milk to butter mixture and bring nearly to a boil.
Grease casserole dish and add alternately:
Sauce, fish & cheese.
Place in oven 325ºF. for 1/2 hour.
