1/2 C. sour cream or cottage cheese
1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
6 oz. tomato paste
1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 C. milk
1/2 C. Bisquick baking mix
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Lightly grease a pie plate.
Spread sour cream or cottage cheese in plate.
Mix Parmesan cheese, ground beef, oregano, basil, tomato paste and 1/2 C. mozzarella cheese, spoon evenly over top of sour cream.
Beat milk, baking mix, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth, 15 seconds in a blender on high, or 1 minute with beater. Pour into pie plate.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
