6 oz. spaghetti noodles, cooked according to package directions.
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 C. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 C. chopped green pepper, optional
8 oz. can tomatoes
6 oz. tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 C. sour cream or cottage cheese
1/2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain spaghetti noodles, and place in a bowl. Stir butter into hot pasta.
Combine Parmesan cheese and eggs with pasta and stir. Form spaghetti mixture into a "crust," in a buttered 10" pie plate.
In skillet, cook ground beef, onion and green pepper, until vegetables are tender and meat is brown. Stir in tomatoes (with liquid), tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt. Heat through.
Spread sour cream or cottage cheese over spaghetti crust. Fill pie with ground beef and tomato mixture.
Bake uncovered at 350º for 20 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake 5 minutes longer.
