2-3 lbs. of chicken pieces,
1/2 c. vinegar,
1 c. water,
1 8-oz. can of tomato paste,
3/4 c. sugar,
1/2 green pepper cut in pieces,
1 large onion cut in pieces,
1 tbsp. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prebake chicken pieces for 1/2 hour at 325 ºF.
2. Remove juices from chicken.
3. Prepare a sauce from other ingredients listed.
4. Add sauce to chicken pieces.
5. Bake mixture for 3/4 hour at 325 ºF.

Add additional corn starch if thicker sauce is desired. Serve with rice.
