Ingredients:  
Ground sirloin (90% lean),Onions (3 medium),Celery (2 stalks), Red & Green peppers (1/2 each), Basil, Oregano (Fresh if available), Burgundy wine, Salt, pepper, Parmesan Cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Olive Oil, 3 cans diced tomatoes. 1 Can tomato paste. (Major brand tomatoes) (Depending on the fat content of the meat, I wash it to rid it of the grease)

Brown 1-1 1/2 Lb. ground sirloin in frypan or sauce pan in Olive oil, S & P, Oregano, add 1 cup Burgundy when nice and brown. Put aside
In olive oil, saute diced celery and onions,S & P, oregano leaves, fresh Basil, 1/8 cup Cheese, tomatoes,tomato sauce , teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Add Sirloin, Bring to boil, simmer for 2 hours. Taste for flavor, keep stirring (Cheese sticks) ©

As with everything else, taste counts. You might need more salt,pepper,basil,oregano,wine, etc. You can substitute beer for wine, but the Burgundy makes the sauce nice and Red. Cook your pasta at least 12 minutes. Bon Appetite !!!
