12 cups slow cooking rolled oats
1/4 cup poppy seeds
2 cups raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup bran
2 cups unsweetened dried cranberries
1 cup unsweetened dried sour cherries
1/2 cup liquid honey
2 cups sliced almonds,bark on
1/2 cup sesame seeds
2 cups raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup hemp hearts
2 cups unsweetened, dried blueberries
1 cup dried apricots, chopped
2/3 cup canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300ºF. Place all the dry ingredients except the fruit into a large bowl and mix well. Heat honey and combine with oil. Toss into dry ingredients until well coated. Use parchment paper on 3 large cookie sheets and place 1/3 of mixture on each sheet. Place in oven and rotate pans and mix every 15-20 mins. for 1 1/2 hours. Place mixture back into bowl and add fruit. Allow to cool and place into rsealable containers. This will keep up to 3 months or can be frozen for longer storage.
