First step:
1 c. Milk
5 tbsp. Flour

Second Step:
1 c. Margarine softened
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. White sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients from first step into a smooth paste. Cook over med. heat, stirring constantly. Mixture will become thick. Set aside to cool.

Second step:
Blend margarine and sugar with a mixer. Add vanilla. Add flour/ milk mixture one spoonful at a time. Beat at creaming speed until it resembles whipped cream. Add food coloring if desired.
