1 lb. hamburger
1 cup celery, chopped fine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup uncooked rice
1 (no. 303) can Chinese noodles
1 onion
1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and celery in small amount of butter. Save a handful of noodles to sprinkle over top of casserole. Mix together rest of ingredients and pour in a buttered casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 350° covered. Ten minutes before done, take off cover and cover with remaining Chinese noodles.
