2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
2 egg yolks, well beaten
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Directions:
Directions:
Place dry ingredients in bowl and stir. Combine in separate bowl: beaten egg yolks, vanilla, milk and butter. Blend into dry ingredients. Fold in beaten egg whites. Cook on hot griddle.
