1 onion chopped
2 cans tuna
1 clove garlic
2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 lb. frozen peas
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a pan, saute onion and garlic in butter until translucent. Add milk and flour. Stir with whisk to blend flour. Boil for 1 minute, or until thick. Add undrained tuna, and 1/2 bag peas. Heat through. Serve over buttered toast or biscuits.
