2 Bell Peppers, any color
1 cup ham meat, chopped fine
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Pinch of ground cloves
1/2 cup celery, chopped fine

Directions:

Pull top off bell peppers. Cut in half lengthwise and pull out veins and seeds. Wash and dry. Mix rest of ingredients in a bowl. Divide Meat Mixture between the 4 bell pepper halves. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
