2 lb. pork sausage
2 onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
6 stalks celery, chopped
2 cups uncooked rice
1 cup chopped almonds
3 pkg. dry chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, add celery, onion, bell pepper, and brown. Boil 6 cups water and add dry soup mix. Return to boil and add all other ingredients. Pour into a roaster pan. Bake at 350º until rice is tender.
