1 1/2 cup Bisquick
2 cups milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp.. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
For each crepe, lightly butter an 8” sloped skillet; heat over medium heat until butter is bubbly. Pour a scant 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet. Immediately rotate the pan until batter covers bottom. Cook until light brown. Do not flip crepe. Place on waxed paper or towel to cool. Fill.
