6 flour tortillas
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened (can be flavored)
1 box alfalfa sprouts, or raw spinach
1 lb. any kind of lunch meat, turkey, ham, or roast beef
1 bunch green onion, sliced thin
3 med. tomatoes, sliced thin
6 slices cheese, Swiss, cheddar, or provolone
mustard

Directions:

Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over tortilla, making sure to go all the way to the edges. Add a slice of lunch meat on one half, top with a little mustard, then add cheese, tomato, a few green onions, and alfalfa sprouts. Carefully roll tortilla up and secure with a toothpick. Cut into 2” slices and lay on a tray.
