1 1/2 lbs. sausage
2 ounces fat (4 Tbsp.) from cooked sausage
1 Tbsp. minced onion
4 Tbsp. flour
2 cups beef stock
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage, drain and save 4 Tbsp. fat. Add onion to fat and cook until transparent. Add flour and cook 5 minutes, do not brown flour. Heat stock and milk together in a separate pan and add flour mix. Stir until smooth. Cook until thick and smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add sausage and stir. Pour over Biscuits.
