3 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup finely diced celery
1/4 cup finely diced green pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped toasted almonds
1 Tbsp. pickle relish
Large pasta shells, cooked
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
1/4 tsp. coriander
Pepper to taste

CURRY DRESSING: Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon or lime juice, coriander and pepper until smooth.
Combine first 5 ingredients. Toss with Curry Dressing. Stuff shells with salad. Cover. Chill until serving time.

I use red pepper instead of green.
You can cut down on the celery and add diced green apple instead for a different taste.
