1 cup soft cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup bleu cheese
2-3 green onions (white portion)
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
Salt and pepper taste
Dash of paprika
Sprig of parsley (for garnish)

Directions:
In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sour cream. Add crumbled bleu cheese, garlic powder, chopped green onion, parsley, and thyme. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with a dash of paprika and garnish with a sprig of parsley.
