1 cup salsa ( Chachi’s )
1 medium tomato diced
1/2 bunch chopped cilantro
1 bunch finely sliced green onions
1 finely chopped, medium purple onion
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 16 oz. bag frozen corn, thawed
Pinch garlic salt
Pinch pepper
1 tsp. cumin
Pinch red pepper
1 Tbsp. oil

Mix all ingredients and marinate overnight. Adjust seasonings and serve with chips.
