2 T. baking powder
2 T. sugar
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. oatmeal

Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, and sugar together 3 times. If you double this recipe, sift six times. Add oatmeal to the sifted ingredients. In a separate bowl mix together the milk, eggs, and oil; add to the dry ingredients.
