Bonless, skilness check breasts, 1 per person
2 cups bisquick
1/8 ro 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tbsp pepper
quart sized ziplock bags

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine bisquick, Old Bay and pepper into a quart sized plastic zipllock bag.
2. Add chicken breasts and shake bag until chicken is thoroughly covered.
3. Place on microwave safe plate and cover with plastic wrap.
4. Microwave on HIGH for 5-6 minutes, turining 90 degrees after 2 minutes if needed.
5. Check if breast is fully cooked and add additional time if needed.
