3 lb fresh white button mushrooms
1 stick butter or margarine
1 yellow onion finely chopped
1/2 lb velveeta cheese shredded
1 box chicken stuffing mix
1 pint half and half cream
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Simmer mushrooms and onion in butter for 30 minutes
Layer 1/3 mushroom mixture, 1/3 cheese , 1/3 stuffing mix into a 2 qt baking dish
Repeat layers
Pour half and half on top
Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is set
