1 - 8-1/2 ounce package Jiffy Corn Bread muffin mix
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 green onions, chopped
1 tea. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Grease 8 inch square baking pan.
Combine in a medium bowl-
1 - 8-1/2 ounce package Jiffy Corn Bread muffin mix
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 green onions, chopped
1 tea. pepper
Mix until blended.
Spread in prepared pan.
Bake until firm to touch and golden brown, about 30 minutes.
Cool slightly.
Cut into squares and serve hot.
