Potatoes - as many as you want to eat
Steak spice
Directions:
Directions:
Grease rimmed cookie sheet with oil. Slice potatoes thinly and spread on cookie sheet. Sprinkle liberally with steak spice.

Cook at 375º F until potatoes reach desired crispiness.
