Pancake Syrup

Directions:
Boil yams whole with the skin on. When nice and tender, peel and slice or quarter. Add butter, honey and syrup to your liking and bake at 325º for 20-30 min.

You can use canned yams too, they taste pretty good. Mom of course bought fresh ones.
