2 lb. Ground Beef,
1-2 c. Instant Rice (pre-cooked),
lots of chopped onions,
2 tsp. garlic powder,
salt and pepper,
1 egg (slightly beaten),
Red and Green Peppers,
Classico Sausage and Pepper Sauce,
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ground beef, rice, onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and egg. Add a little sauce to beef mixture (about 1/2 cup). Cut off tops of peppers and stuff with beef mixture. Pour sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350º for 1 hour in oven or 5-6 hours in crockpot on low.
