2 10-oz. pkgs. frozen strawberries in juice, thawed
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 3 ingredients together, using both strawberries and juice. Mix rest of ingredients in separate bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir well. Grease pans. Divide into 2 large bread pans or 6-8 smaller ones. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

John brought this home from work a few years ago after one of the dispatchers brought some to share at coffee time. It has become a favorite of ours and I make it for our bake sale at church and make it every year to give to friends at Christmas.
