12 large scallops (patted dry)
12 shrimp (patted dry, shell removed)
1 bunch asparagus, cut into 1" pieces
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup sliced red onion
2 cups baby spinach
Garlic Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add the asparagus, onions and tomatoes. Season the scallops with salt and pepper, add to the skillet along with teh shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the spinach. Once spinach is wilted, remove from heat and serve.

You have to watch the shimp as you don't want to overcook them.
