2 cups mashed potatoes
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup sweet milk
2 eggs
Butter, size of large egg (about 1/4 cup)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla or rum extract
5 cups flour
5 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes and sugar and let cool. Mix other ingredients; roll on flour board. Cut with doughnut cutter. Fry in hot fat (400ºF). Drain on paper towels. Roll in sugar or powdered sugar. Pop in microwave oven if you like them warm.
