3 T Peanut Butter
2 T. Soy Sauce
2 T. Lemon Juice
1 T. Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. minced Garlic
1/2 tsp. ground Ginger
1/4 tsp. crushed Red Chili Pepper
1 lb. (500 g) Minute Steak or Rouladen-cut Marinating Steak cut into long strips 1/2 inch wide.

Soak wooden skewers in water for al least 10 minutes to prevent charring.

In medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and chili pepper. Whisk in 2 T. water until smooth.

Stir in beef strips until coated. Let stand at room temperature for up to 15 minutes.

Thread strips loosely onto skewers. Broil or grill 3 to 4 minutes each side.
