3 lbs ribs, 1 Med onion, 1 can sauerkraut, 1 apple peeled & chopped, 3 TBS brown sugar, 1/2 Tsp caraway seed, 3 whole cloves, salt, pepper, paprika to taste

Preheat oven 325º, Cover & bake 1 hr, Uncover and bake 1/2 hr or until done
