500 g smokies
800 ml jar sauerkraut
1 can whole cranberry sauce
3/4 c. ketchup
1T. chili powder
1/4 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice smokies in 1" pieces & brown in frying pan, then transfer to large casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients in frying pan, heat slightly to loosen brown bits from pan, then pour over smokies in casserole. Cover & bake at 350ºF for 1/2 hour to 1 hour (longer is better) serve with perogies or rice.
