1/2 cup (125ml) sliced almonds, divided
1/2 cup (125ml) packed brown sugar

1 tbsp (15ml) Dijon Mustard
1 4-inch (10cm) round (8oz/250g) Brie cheese with rind, room temperature

1 loaf French baguette

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Coarsely chop (50ml) of almonds or just buy ones already chopped. In a small batter bowl combine almonds, sugar and mustard mix well using a scraper.

Cut brie in half horizontally. Place on half of Brie cut side up, onto center of large round stone. Spread half of the sugar mix evenly over bottom half of Brie. Top with remaining half Brie. Spread sugar mixture over Brie then sprinkle with almonds.

Cut baguette on a bias into 1/4inch thick slices. Arrange baguette around brie and spray with oil.

Bake 8-10min or until baguette slices are golden brown and Brie begins to soften. Remove from oven and let stand for 5mins before serving
