2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
1/12 teaspoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1 to 1/2 lb. salmon

Spray a microwavable pan. Combine marinade ingredients. Coat the fish with the marinade in the pan. Let sit 10 minutes. Microwave on hight 6 to 8 minutes per pound.
