2 C. warm water
2 Tbl. instant yeast
1 C. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 C. melted butter or margarine
1 1/2 C. canned milk
1 C. instant mashed potato flakes
7 or more cups flour

Directions:
Soften yeast in water in bread mixer bowl.
Add rest of ingredients while mixing adding just enough flour to make a soft dough or clean the sides of the bowl. Put 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil on counter. Empty dough onto the counter and let rest for 5 min. Divide dough into two pieces. Roll the first piece into a rectangle 18"X15" about 3/8 to 1/2 inch thick. Brush dough with butter. Spread with brown sugar and plenty of cinnamon if you're making them for Dad. Roll up jelly roll style and pinch and seal the edge. Cut 11/4 inch slices. Place on greased pan. Allow to rise 30-45 minutes in warm area. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Personal Notes:
This recipe came in my bread mixer book. They stay soft longer because of the potato flakes.
