5 lbs. potatoes peeled
1/2 pint sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 t. pepper
1/8 t. garlic salt
1 t. salt or to taste
1/4 t. onion salt
2 T. butter
Chives

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, drain & mash until smooth. Add sour cream, cream cheese, chives, pepper & salts; beat until light & fluffy. Place potatoes in greased 2 quart dish & bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
This dish may be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks
or frozen.

I have swirled potato mixture with the back of a spoon to make a circular like pattern. Sprinkle with paprika & placed briefly under broiler for an autumn touch.
