5 3/4-6 1/4 c. flour 1 pkg yeast [1 tbsp ]
2 1/4 c. milk 2 tbsp sugar
1 tabs lard melted, or oil 1 TSR salt

Mix 5 c. flour with salt, sugar, add milk, oil and yeast, mix well. add flour a little at a time until it is the right consistency. oil bowl, place dough back in bowl and roll to coat let rise until double in size. Form into loaf or loaves or rolls. Bake rolls 1/2 time of loaf. Can make larger loaf by adding 1/2 tbsp yeast, 1 c. milk and 2 plus cups flour
Bake 375 degrees F. 35-40 minuets

proof yeast about 10 minuets. Water 105-110 degrees
1 tbsp sugar in 1/2 c.warm water. Flatten out some to make hamburger buns. and let rise to double.
