2 packages broccoli spears, cooked until almost done
2 cups cooked chicken cut into bite size pieces
packaged grated cheese
bread crumbs (with butter to moisten)

Sauce mix:
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 3 quart casserole dish. Layer in broccoli, then chicken, another layer of broccoli, then chicken. Cover with sauce mixture. Top with grated cheese and then crumble buttered bread crumbs over the top of the cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
