1 1/2 c whole milk
1 c sugar
3/4 c shredded coconut
2 eggs, beaten
3 T flour
1 T butter or margarine
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, place milk, sugar, coconut, eggs, flour, butter, and vanilla. Sitr until combined. Pour into pie shell. Bake @ 350º for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate if you are lucky enough to have any leftovers!
