3 cups milk
1 1/2 cupfulo whipped cream (you can use half n half)
3/4 cupful sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoonful of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with sugar and scald the milk, blend and pour the mixture into a double boiler. Cook a few minutes to set the eggs, but not so the mixture thickens like custard. Remove from the fire, cool and add the cream and vanilla. When cold put in ice cream freezer and freeze until firm.
