1 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (10 to 12 oz.) white baking chips
1 cup chopped cashews
1 cup dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in the chips, cashews and cranberries.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.
