2/3 c uncooked rice
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c boiling water
1 bouillon cube
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 medium onion chopped
2 stocks celery chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 1/2 cup diced cooked pork

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in hot oil until brown. Add salt, water, bouillon and soy sauce. Cover and simmer 20 min. Add the rest of the ingredients and 1/4 cup water if needed. Cover and cook 10 minutes.
