2 Tbls unsalted butter
1 small shallot, diced
1/4 cup vodka
2 1/4 cup heavy cream
4 oz thinly sliced smoked salmon
3 large egg yolks
2 Tbls minced chives

Cook Farfalle as per package. Heat all other ingredients together in sauce pan to make a creamy vodka sauce.
