Ingredients:

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, pounded until thin
4-8 slices Swiss cheese (I use sandwich slices)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup white wine
½ - ¾ c stuffing mix / seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Arrange your chicken breasts in a casserole dish. Cover with slices of cheese. Whisk together soup and white wine, pour mixture over top of cheese & chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing / bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for roughly 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Sauce will be bubbly and cooked looking on edges. Serve with egg noodles, pasta of your choice, or rice.

Personal Notes:
I serve at buffets and potlucks, but then I use chicken tenders for easier serving.
